Frank Minogue, J.D., LL.M.
REALTOR® Founder of Esquire Real Estate Group
Frank started out as a lawyer in 1989, starting out in private practice working on commercial real estate, property development, land use planning, environmental law, mining reclamation. When things started heating up in the Middle East, he decided to pursue his dream of joining the military and became an Air Force JAG. He swore in as a Judge Advocate General on the day Desert Storm kicked off. He proudly served until medical conditions forced him to retire in 2006 after 15 years of service. He started his real estate career in February of 2007. After 10 months of selling real estate, he returned to federal service and worked as a civilian employee for 7 years until 2015. After 25 years of practicing law, medical conditions again forced him to retire. He moved to Austin in May of 2015 and immediately started up his real estate business again with the Esquire Real Estate Group. He primarily works with people looking for primary residences, and loves to work with Veterans, police, firefighters, first responders, and teachers as part of Esquire Real Estate Group's Real Life Heroes Program.
